1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Ansyrs mobile application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
2. Important Food & Medical Disclaimer
Always consult with a qualified medical professional regarding any dietary restrictions, allergies, health conditions, or medical issues. If you have a severe food allergy or sensitivity, do not rely solely on the Service. Cross-contamination and formulation changes occur frequently at restaurants and food manufacturers. Always verify ingredients and allergens with store staff or packaging.
3. Apple App Store Terms & Subscriptions
These Terms are concluded solely between you and Ansyrs, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the Ansyrs app, its content, or maintenance and support thereof.
Ansyrs may offer premium subscription plans ("Ansyrs Premium") or one-time in-app purchases. All payments made through the Apple App Store are processed and managed by Apple. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your App Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Refunds for any in-app purchases or subscriptions are governed exclusively by Apple's App Store refund policies and must be requested directly through Apple.
4. User Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and update it as necessary to keep it accurate.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to other users or the Service.
5. Permitted Use & IP Rights
Ansyrs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on compatible Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
All intellectual property rights in the Service—including but not limited to design, logos, brand elements, proprietary databases, algorithms, illustrations, and source code—are owned exclusively by Ansyrs and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our application.
6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANSYRS AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, OR ANY DAMAGES RELATED TO DIETARY ACTIONS, HEALTH ISSUES, OR ALLERGEN EXPOSURE ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in courts located in the United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue there.
